“ Toyota has always been good to me. My mom has bought 4 cars here over the years, and a couple years ago I bought my own as well! I've been living in Lawrence so I usually go to crown Toyota for service, but I was in town for the famous Neewollah. My VSC and check engine light came on while I was here, so what better place to come then the place I bought it?! Walked in and to my surprise one of my high school classmates was working the parts & service desk. Mr. Botts has always been a humorous person and didn't fail to make me laugh again today. My mom doesn't keep getting cars here for nothing! My service was attended to quickly and while I waited there were coffee, water, and tv to keep me busy. ”

“ Just a suggestion that the waiting room and the whole building be non smoking. Someone had smoked a cigar in the room and the smell was very strong. For those of us who have lung problems, it is not healthy. I would have gone outside, but it was very warm. Also, I didn't get a copy of what was done and I would like it for my records.
