Andrew, the incredible salesman who sold us our Camry, and everyone at Quality Toyota were absolutely amazing. We had been to a few other dealerships where we were misled, but we were in great hands here. Everybody we talked to was so kind, and Andrew went above and beyond for us and we’re so glad we made the decision to get our new car here. They made it so easy for us, and we definitely plan on going back the next time we need a new vehicle. Excellent salesmanship and an excellent business.

Everyone there was super nice, but our salesman, Andrew, was the best. We had our greyhound with us and they treated her like gold too. Needed to replace a less than 1 year old car after my wife was hit by a 15 year old driver who pulled out in front of her to turn while she was halfway through the intersection. She wanted another EV but none were available that met her expectations. Our search took us to Quality Toyota and after reading the reviews, reached out to Levi Cranor for some guidance. He found us the perfect replacement, a plug-in hybrid. We already had one in the family (and love it) and this model was VERY difficult to find and frequently has an incredibly long waiting list. I can't believe that we found one that was available. Our timing was perfect and we were on the phone with Levi and despite the estimated arrival date 0f 12/18 (at the earliest) the car had just arrived on the lot. Levi expedited the paperwork and in no time made the process easy to complete. I am a car guy and his knowledge of the product was impressive. A rare quality these days. He does his homework. Jamie Lawrence and Peyton Botts in finance department were also very friendly, thoughtful, and professional. They made the process quick and seamless. Not something that I can often if ever say about that experience elsewhere. I appreciate you guys and if another need comes for another vehicle, you will be hearing from me! I would highly recommend buying from this company. For us it was well worth the drive from Kansas City.

I must say, I'm going to be returning here to have my Toyota repaired or maintained going forward. Always skeptical when going to new shops because of many horrible experiences in the past but this was quite the opposite. Wonderful dealership! I live 200 miles away. I sent an email about a 2023 Nautical Blue Metallic (rare color) 4Runner and they responded with up front honest pricing. That is sticker price without markup. I had delivery to my front door in a week. Zach and Zoe were great! My credit union messed up my paperwork for my tag regarding the Certificate of Origin, but Zoe responded and sent me a check that covered tag penalties. You couldn't ask for more. An honest and reputable dealership.

A+ Sales & Service experience with Quality Toyota in Independence. My wife and I had visited a handful of larger dealerships, but really appreciated the friendly, small town service that Ed and his sales team provided. We drove 2.5 hours to buy our new Highlander. A wide variety of new cars were available closer to home, but Quality Toyota had the right vehicle at the right price, and their service and no-hassle deal is what earned our business.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Quality Toyota in Independence, Kansas. These guys have to be one of the best Toyota dealers I have ever seen. Not only did they work with me through emails while I was deployed but they patiently waited for my deposit without selling out from under me, kept me posted on the build date, gave me OUTSTANDING price for my trade in and on top of that delivered to my door in Virginia with only 5 miles on the vehicle! Highly recommended this dealer if you are in market for any toyota. My salesman Zach was awesome and the GM Peyton is super down to earth. Can't thank these guys enough. Happy to get my hands on this new Tundra.

Friendly and efficient. I think I like Toyota better than Honda. Timing belts are a bad idea and likely a flaw in engineering.

Took my car to get an alignment, very nice tech that took me out and took the time to explain everything to me. Very nice man. But the people up front threw away my coffee while I was talking to him. I'm not even upset about the coffee because it wasn't that good, it's just the principle of it man

My mom has a 2002 RAV4 she had it in the shop about 2 years ago to get fixed and it never got fixed it was there for a year and it’s still not fixed some people told her the motor is no good now do they care no they don’t what ever they did the oil don’t go through the motor they should of never took it to them for a oil change all of this happened in Independence Kansas

I’ve been seeking a 2023 4runner this year and expanded my search in hopes I could find one sooner. I found one and inquired about it online. Twice.. I gave up. A few days later I get a random text from that dealership informing me “that one” was sold but they had other options and asked what I was looking for. I told them and they sent me a build sheet of one coming in soon which was basically the same but with different color interior and I said “yes that’s what I want” so since I’ve purchased 25 vehicles in my life I am well experienced to know a series of important questions to ask so I asked market adjustments? Nope. “Add ons”? nope. Doc fee? $199.00 everything was going amazing and at this point I’m thinking “5 stars for these guys!” .. Theeeeeeen we get to the trade and they lowballed me by 5K under what two other dealers had offered me. (There’s that hidden market adjustment) so I told them that and they told me (via text messages) to go sell it to the other dealership and come buy their vehicle….. Seriously, this is how they take care of customers and attempt to earn business? It’s like if they can’t rip you off then they don’t want to work with you? Buyers beware, if you don’t have cash out the door -you’re going to get taken advantage of. Keep shopping —I know of some fantastic dealerships but they are hard to find. If money doesn’t matter to you then disregard this review.
